Laboratorio multidiciplinar, perteneciente a la Universidad de Cádiz, enfocado en el desarrollo de scaffolds híbridos poliméricos con base de sílice sintetizados mediante metodología sol-gel para su ensayo en ingeniería tisular ósea. Metodología que permite investigar nuevas aplicaciones en medicina para la solución de defectos óseos en traumatología, cirugía bucal y cirugía ortopédica. Para ello el equipo investigador incluye expertos en Ciencia e Ingeniería de Materiales y en Ingeniería Tisular Osea.
